ECX Refund Policy

At ECX, we believe in fair and transparent service. This Refund Policy explains when users may request a refund for in-app purchases or other transactions made within our app. By using ECX, you agree to the terms below.

1. In-App Purchases

  • Finality of Purchases: All in-app purchases on ECX are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed, except in specific cases described below.

  • Exceptions: Refunds may be granted only under exceptional circumstances:

    • Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe a purchase was made without your permission, you must contact us within 1 day of the transaction.

    • Technical Issues: If a purchased item was not delivered due to a verified technical error on our side, we may provide either a refund or a replacement.

2. Violations & Refunds

  • Users who are disqualified from ECX for breaking the rules—such as cheating, hacking, or abusive behavior—will not be eligible for refunds.

  • This includes in-app purchases, service fees, or any other payments made on ECX.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact our support team at ecxvvash@gmail.com and include the following details:

  • Your account information (username, email, etc.)

  • Date and time of the transaction

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, transaction ID)

All refund requests will be carefully reviewed. We reserve the right to approve or deny requests based on the situation.

4. Refund Timeline

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The amount will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
