Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–4 business days (delivery times may vary).

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier or external factors.
3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We currently ship to addresses within India, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Tracking information will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ECX is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied to your order.

All such fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damages

ECX is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

Keep all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim process is complete.
7. International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside India.
